I created this blog to collect local recipes from all corners of Iran. Please add your recipes. Let's preserve local foods that are, if not already, losing ground to universalization of foods. How many of you gone to a city and could not find a single place to serve a local dish, whereas there are mushrooming pizza and burger joints in the most remote places. I remember once a German tourist told me your country is so vast and diverse, but how every where I go, they only have chelokabab and nothing of local nature. So, please help collecting those neglected recipes. Let's see how many we can collect in one year. Best wishes
